This website, komokey.net, is operated by Chindi Incorporated Inc. ("Komokey", "we", "us"), 1 Trailhead Crescent, Brampton, Ontario L6R 3H2, Canada. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return and Refund Policy.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error, suspected fraud or items out of stock). If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

Shipping times and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Product use

Please follow the included instructions. Shower heads should be installed on standard household plumbing. Filter cartridges are consumable parts and should be replaced regularly. Our products are not medical devices and we make no health or medical claims.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the KOMOKEY name, logo, text and images, belongs to Chindi Incorporated Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
