30-Day Happiness Guarantee

 

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn tights and hosiery can only be returned if they arrive defective.

 

How to start a return: Email us at waleed@komokey.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.

 

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order.
